The most enjoyable part of my job is seeing the joy on the faces of the guests when they come to Helium. Helium Trampoline Park is a fun center located in New Berlin, WI. The hardest part of the job is keeping everyone safe when we have a large number of guests in the park. When everyone does their part, Helium is a well-oiled machine. I have worked with fantastic court monitors, and I have worked with court monitors who get themselves fired due to poor enforcement of rules and being unsafe. I also learned skills for effective communication due to the high amount of communication the job requires. I learned to quickly adapt to changing environments as rules changed on a weekly basis. It's just a 35 minute drive from Lake Geneva and worth every minute There is a wide open jumping area, basketball and dodgeball courts, a 12 foot high and 20 foot high Walk the Plank Towers over a giant airbag, Human-sized hamster balls to roll on. The positions are main court, foam pit, rock wall, and dodge ball. Helium Trampoline and Climbing Park is a giant indoor trampoline facility located in New Berlin. Every 20 minutes we switch positions with other court monitors so that no one is doing the same exact job for 8 hours straight. When you get to your position on court, you start monitoring guests and enforcing safety rules.
